This is a must read for anyone that wants to create a new community or find their own tribe. Very, very interesting take on how to build and promote the work you love -- written by someone who has already done it. "Your Music and People" completely changed the way I interpret music business and marketing. This is a book of wonderful spells that put you in the right frame of mind to cast your career forward in a way that serves your gut feelings as well as adhere to the patterns of humans who have little attention spans and no time to spare for long winded explainations.
